Get Involved

Are you a member of the Johns Hopkins or greater Baltimore community interested in getting involved with our community health initiatives? Do you have an idea to engage health professionals and students in projects related to the core topics of MGG? If so, we love having passionate and creative minds on board to increase our impact!

The mission of Medicine for the Greater Good is to partner the community with health providers to promote health and wellness. The main theme that drives a partnership/ project with the community is one that attempts to overcome the socio-economic issues of a community (mainly education, and thus helping to improve the health literacy of a community).

Propose a Project: Propose and execute an MGG-sponsored event

Get Funding: Apply for a Greater Good Grant to fund an MGG-sponsored event

Donate: Give to support MGG’s cause

“[Art] is our birthright, it is what we were built to do. We must share that, and we must normalize it”

“I couldn’t break out into song and dance on my way to my next meeting ... or could I? As I tried to meld my two worlds, it’s the beauty that comes from discomfort that allows me to grow and thrive”
